After the end of the three-day protest in Karachi, the closed roads have been reopened and the flow of traffic across the city has returned to normal.

According to the traffic police, the road has been reopened for traffic after the ongoing protest on Baldia Hub River Road.

The situation in the city is now normal, nowhere is the road closed for traffic.

Police is on high alert in various areas including Star Gate, Korangi and Tower Chowk.

Yesterday at Shahra-e-Faisal police baton charged to disperse the protesters, the demonstrators threw stones at the police.

Protesters pelted stones at vehicles at Star Gate on Faisal Street, setting fire to several motorcycles and vehicles.

According to Sindh police, several officers including SSP Irfan Bahadur were injured in the pelting.

In Korangi, 5 officials including SHO Saudabad were injured due to stone pelting by angry people. SHO in Saudabad and 5 officials were also injured in the pelting of stones by protesters at Korangi 2.5.
