Karachi: The federal government has allowed the Sindh government to buy vaccines directly from China. This was stated by the Sindh Health Minister.
According to local TV channels, Sindh Health Minister Dr. Azra Pechoho told media that the federal government has given permission to buy vaccines. He said that the provincial government has allocated Rs. 500 million for the purchase of vaccines.
Former President Asif Ali Zardari’s sister Dr. Azra Pechoho said that the vaccination process in Sindh province is currently slow due to low doses of corona vaccine.
Talking to media, the provincial health minister warned that many people would be affected if the British virus entered Sindh.
She said that those coming from Britain have been stopped in Sindh. He said that fortunately the virus has not spread in Sindh like Punjab so far.
