The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) has formed a new people’s alliance against the PPP in Kerala with the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in three provinces.
The leaders of both the parties have agreed to expand the scope of the anti-PPP alliance to the divisional level. After this alliance, the two major parties of the anti-government Pakistan Democratic Movement have come face to face in Larkana.
According to sources, JUI has also invited nationalist organizations to join the people’s alliance against the PPP in Larkana.
Informed sources said that the JUI-L leadership would soon launch a campaign against the PPP in collaboration with the parties in the Awami Ittehad.
The Larkana Awami Ittehad includes key PTI leaders Allah Bakhsh Unar and Amir Bakhsh Bhutto, while GDA leaders Safdar Abbasi and Moazzam Abbasi.
