The Federal Cabinet meeting headed by Prime Minister Imran Khan, on Thursday has rejected proposal by Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) to allow import of sugar and cotton from India.
According to the details, the meeting of Federal Cabinet is in progress to discuss overall political and economic situation of the country.
The Prime Minister is presiding over the meeting through video link. The meeting has taken up 22 point agenda relating to development projects.
The situation in wake of rising cases of coronavirus in the country will also be discussed.
