Pakistan’s renowned Musical Band Strings is no more. The strings are gone after 33 years.
This was announced by Bilal Maqsood, a founding member of Strings and a well-known guitarist, in a message released on a social networking site.
According to Bilal Maqsood, 33 years has been the best for both of us.
“There are very few opportunities to work like this,” he said. He also thanked his fans. He says fans will also appreciate his decision.
According to Bilal Maqsood, our band is now technically gone, but we have a never-ending relationship that will continue.
Bilal Maqsood and Faisal Kapadia, along with two other colleagues, formed the Strings Band in 1988, but only two later remained.
