KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Faisal Vawda has on Monday moved the Sindh High Court (SHC) against the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

The PTI leader requested the ECP to stop the disqualification case against him. The court granted the request for an immediate hearing and fixed the hearing for tomorrow.

Petitioner Faisal Wawda says that the Election Commission rejected my application against the facts, stating that it is not within the jurisdiction of the Election Commission.

It may be recalled that there are three complaints against Faisal Wawda in the Election Commission regarding dual citizenship.
