In the case of disqualification of Faisal Wawda, his lawyer has told the Islamabad High Court that Faisal Wawda has resigned as a member of the National Assembly.
Faisal Wawda’s lawyer submitted his resignation from the National Assembly to the court and told the court that the petition has become ineffective after his resignation.
Barrister Jahangir Jadoon said that Faisal Wawda has cast his vote in the Senate election, I don’t know whether he resigned before casting his vote or later.
He said that many members have already resigned and they come back to Parliament, until the Speaker accepts the resignation, the person concerned is MNA.
