ISLAMABAD: To stop the federal government from attaining two-third majority, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will participate in the Senate elections said senior leader Ahsan Iqbal on Wednesday.

While talking to the media PML N leader said, “The government can roll back the 18th Amendment with majority in the Upper House. The incumbent regime is mortgaging the national properties to pay loans. Why is Prime Minister Imran Khan not mortgaging his 300-kanal palace?

“The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is divided and its members are also backing the Pakistan Democratic Movement’s (PDM) narrative.

“It has become necessary to send this government packing to save the country. The government is looting Pakistan under the label of honesty. Corruption at police stations and courts is at peak.
