Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Haleem Adil has been given the designation of opposition in the Sindh Assembly.

According to details, a notification has been issued by Secretary Sindh Assembly as Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani approved the appointment.

His appointment comes after PTI leader Firdous Shamim Naqvi resigned from the post of the Sindh Assembly.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh has resigned from the post of a parliamentary leader in the Sindh Assembly.

The resignation of PTI parliamentary leader has been sent to the Speaker Sindh Assembly. Haleem Adil Sheikh has nominated Bilal Ghaffar as the parliamentary leader of Sindh Assembly.

A letter to nominate Bilal Ghaffar as parliamentary leader of Sindh Assembly has been sent to the Speaker of Sindh Assembly.

It may be recalled that the Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly Firdous Shamim Naqvi had also resigned recently.

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail confirmed that Shamim Naqvi had forwarded his resignation after an apology on the day he spoke against the federal government.
