KARACHI: The Sindh Apex Committee meeting will be held today (Monday) at the Chief Minister House, Karachi, local media reported.
The meeting will be chaired by Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah while Chief Secretary, IG Sindh, DG Rangers and Corps Commander Karachi will also attend.
According to sources, the meeting will chalk out a strategy on the law and order situation in the province and the National Action Plan (NAP).
The agenda of the Apex Committee meeting includes briefing on the registration of madrassas, street crime situation in the province and progress on prison reforms and Safe City project.
The meeting will also discuss strategies for the security of Chinese nationals. It is pertinent to mention here that the meeting of the provincial Apex Committee has been convened after five months.
