The third consignment of synopsis vaccine has reached Pakistan, the spokesman said on Wednesday.
According to the sources, The vaccine will be transferred to EPI’s warehouse. Sinopharm will provide Corona vaccine to Pakistan in phases.
The National Institute of Health (NIH) has a license to use Sinopharm vaccine for emergency use.
It may be recalled that according to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), walk-in corona vaccination facility will be available across the country from today.
The NCOC has said that walk-in vaccination will be provided to citizens aged 70 years and above.
Citizens aged 70 and over who have already registered are allowed to get the corona vaccine on a first-come, first-served basis.
The NCOC allows walk-in vaccinations for citizens 70 years of age or older.
According to the NCOC, a National Identity Card will be required for vaccination, while registration can be done by sending the National Identity Card number to 1166.
