The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has said that it was saddened to hear the speeches of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan and some members of the Cabinet.
A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja on the charge of undermining democracy on the part of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
A statement issued by the Election Commission of Pakistan after the meeting said that the Senate was thankful to God for holding the elections in accordance with the Constitution and the law and for concluding them amicably.
A statement from the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) said that it was saddened to hear the views expressed through the media after the election results, especially the speeches of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan and some members of the Cabinet.
