The ruling coalition’s Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan assured Prime Minister Imran Khan of its support.
The MQM delegation has met Imran Khan on the issue of taking the vote of confidence of the Prime Minister.
According to sources, the MQM delegation led by party convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui called on Prime Minister Imran Khan and assured him of their support.
The MQM delegation added that there were concerns over the current governance system, yet they were with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The delegation also said that the MQM is convinced that Imran Khan himself does not commit corruption nor does he like it.
He said that they want change in the system so that they can deliver to the people. We have no demand to be included in the consultation in Karachi and Sindh.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Imran Khan thanked the MQM delegation for their assurance of support.
Talking to the delegation of the coalition party, the Prime Minister said that my aim is not power, but the welfare of the people, I am trying to change the transparent system, the struggle will continue to ensure transparency in the institutions.
