Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Chief Maulana Fazl ur Rahman has said that the people of Multan have rejected the failed policies of Imran Khan’s Government.
Addressing media at the residence of ex-prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, he said the movement is now aiming to have a massive gathering in Lahore.
He said that the next strategy would be decided at the PDM summit in Islamabad on December 8th. The meeting will consider all the measures to end the regime of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf.
Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman earlier said that there would be protests all over the country on Friday and Saturday against the violence in Multan.
He also congratulated the people of Multan for participating in the successful and historic gathering.
Pointing towards Prime Minister Imran Khan, the PDM Chief said that we will chase the jackal until it leaves the country completely.
“Your ruling is called the ruling of coercion. Fighting against coercion is our only aim. I am sending a message to the workers of the whole country. We will meet again on December 13 in Lahore,” said Fazlur Rehman.
Speaking on the occasion, Gilani said that PDM workers were put in jails to stop the Multan rally. However, the government failed miserably.
On the other hand, the 30-day detention of 46 PDM workers in Multan has been ended. PDM workers were released on the orders of Deputy Commissioner Multan.
