National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) at its meeting in Islamabad on Tuesday allowed the second phase reopening of educational institutions from Wednesday.
Its meeting was chaired by Minister for Planning Asad Umar. Classes 6-8 will resume tomorrow in the second phase.
