Mithi : ( 8th September 2020) Deputy Commissioner Tharparkar Muhammad Nawaz Sohoo has said that there is a need to take collective and serious effort to eradicate the poliovirus because it related to our future generation.
This he was said while presiding over to review the polio campaign arrangement meeting starting from 21st September to 25 September 2020. DC emphasizes to all the concerned officers to play their active role in this regard no tolerance will be accepted in this regard.
Earlier the District Health Officer Tharparkar Dr. Gordhan Das and Additional District Health Officer and Polio Program Focal Person Dr. Bharat Kumar informed that in this polio campaign 2 lack 43 Thousand 820 Children are targeted to drop the polio drops in this regard 858 Mobile teams, 73 fixed teams, 96 transit points, 73 UC MOs, 213 Area Incharges, 13 TTSP, 3 UC POs, and 634 lady workers would be involved to drop polio drops door to door, he added.
