Threatens to launch a civil disobedience movement
Larkana: PPP Sindh President Nisar Khorro has said that he rejects the decision of the federal government to increase the prices of medicines by 10% and increase the TV fee on electricity bills to Rs 100. The federal government is running the country on the dictates of the IMF.
In a statement issued from Larkana, Nisar Khorro said that after the increase in the prices of wheat, sugar, flour, electricity, gas, and petroleum products, the hopes of the people were being snatched away by increasing the fees for medicines and TV licenses. Are By increasing the prices of medicines, the people are also being deprived of their right to treatment.
He said that the increase in prices of food items and medicines should be reversed immediately. There is no electricity in Bani Gala and no electricity in Sindh. This double standard will not work. Prime Minister Imran Khan should stop running the country in a dictatorial manner, otherwise, the people will not get fed up and start civil disobedience.
