PESHAWAR: A life-sized statue of Buddha was discovered in a construction site in Takhtbhai, Mardan. It was told by experts that; statue was about 1700 years old. However, before the Archaeology department was informed about it, the contractor had already broken it into pieces as the local Cleric warned him that he would face consequences.
