ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Friday has chaired a meeting in Sahiwal to discuss law and order situation and other administrative matters.
During the meeting, the premier was briefed over the progress of ongoing development projects worth Rs 18 billion.
Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar, provincial Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and members of the National Assembly and the provincial assembly of the area were also present on the occasion.
It is to be mentioned here that the PM has arrived in Sahiwal on a day-long visit to inaugurate various public welfare and development projects.
During the visit, the PM will distribute cheques among the deserving people under Ehsaas Programme and Kamyab Jawan Programme. He will also give away tractors to farmers.
The prime minister will address public gathering on the occasion.
