KARACHI: Suhail Zaheer Lari, renowned historian, husband of architect Yasmin Lari, passed away due to Covid-19. He was 80 years old. Mr. Lari was admitted to a private hospital last week after he tested positive for Covid-19.
It said he authored dozens of books including An Illustrated History of Sindh, Neither Islamic nor Persian, Meri Mitti Key Log, Meri Society Key Log, Makli under the Samma, Makli under the Mughals, Makli under Timurid, Makli under the Sufi.
